o   Stripe and PayPal: Payment data may be processed and stored outside the UK/EU. These providers use safeguards to comply with GDPR, including Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

o   FreeAgent: FreeAgent may transfer your data to third parties or organisations in other countries. If this occurs, FreeAgent ensures your information is protected in accordance with applicable laws, such as:

§  Transferring to countries deemed adequate by the European Commission.

§  Using authorisations from relevant data protection authorities.

§  Implementing valid contracts with appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

o   HubSpot: Your data will be stored in the European Union (EU); however, some processing and storage may occur outside of that location, including in the United States or other regions where HubSpot or its sub-processors operate. HubSpot ensures appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, for any data transfers outside the UK/EU.
