I built my career in the hospitality, creative and events industry - fast-paced, unpredictable, and endlessly inventive. It was there I learned that no amount of process can save a business built on the wrong people, and no shortage of budget can sink a business powered by the right ones.
Across leadership, operations, and HR, I watched the same truth play out: when people are connected to purpose, everything changes - culture, performance, profit.
After earning my MBA and becoming a Master NLP Practitioner and Certified Coach, I founded Blue Phoenix Enterprises - a home for practical, human-centred transformation. My work now bridges the commercial with the psychological: combining data, empathy, and lived experience to deliver measurable, lasting change.

The Talent Alchemy Academy would become a movement redefining how leaders think about culture and success - the go-to destination for creative and hospitality businesses ready to blend business logic with human magic.
I’d host Alchemy Live - an annual gathering for those reshaping leadership from the inside out. I’d write the book that’s been forming in my bones for years, merging insight, story, and science to show that emotionally intelligent leadership doesn’t just change companies - it changes lives.
And I’d keep shaping a life of freedom - financial, emotional, and creative - where impact and joy coexist, and where work sustains me as much as it serves others.
