Downloadable Courses: Paid, downloadable courses with lifetime access.
1-2-1 Coaching/Consulting: A 3-month "Done With You" Coaching/Consulting programme that includes 6 x 90-minute sessions and a documented HR Strategy.
3. General Terms of Use
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

Course fees are payable in full at the time of purchase.
Once purchased, courses are non-refundable as they are downloadable and accessible immediately.
1-2-1 Coaching/Consulting Programme
The programme cost is £2,700.00 payable upfront.
The programme is refundable within 30 days if you do not feel you have received value, subject to:
Attendance at scheduled sessions.
Submission of agreed data/information.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Membership Programme
Members may cancel their membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect immediately, and no further payments will be taken.

Downloadable Courses
Due to the nature of downloadable content, refunds are not available once a purchase has been completed.

Refunds are available within 30 days if you meet the conditions outlined in Section 4.
